PROJECT overview
Syeean I. Paricha is a researcher and community worker originally from South Sumatra and currently based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Drawing on ancestral narratives, archaeology, and ecological knowledge, her practice explores the relationships between humans, material culture, and the environment.
Through participatory, community-based approaches, she investigates memory, landscape, and contemporary environmental traces to foster dialogue and collective reflection.
